    Walden is my first love…
What is said,I wish I could write.
Don’t you feel its better to have your own personal experience,
than to study the experiences of others?

thanks for coming by and leaving a note. Of course my experiences are my own and the only ones that I care to have. My reading of others’ ways of being in the world open new avenues of thought for me. A word, a phrase, and suddenly I am on my way to transformation. Viktor Frankl’s book Man’s Search for Meaning supported my need to discover my true presence in life; I am of the belief that what I am seeking I will find whether it be in conversation with others or in a book.

A way of being is generated by conscious breathing.

Enjoyment of breathing is a way to our ground of being.
